Part A:1. Step back to 6 o'clock with your left foot into a Right Neutral Bow facing 12 o'clock, Right Inward Block. Shift into a Right Forward Bow, Left Reverse Punch. Draw your right foot back into a transition Cat Stance, Right Inward Block. 2. Continue to step back to 6 o'clock with your right foot into Left Neutral Bow, Left Inward Block. Shift into a Left Forward Bow, Right Reverse Punch. 3. Step counter clockwise to 3 o'clock with your right foot into a Left Neutral Bow facing 9 o'clock, Left Outward Block. Shift into a Left Forward Bow, Right Reverse Punch. 4. Step back to 3 o'clock with your left foot into a Right Neutral Bow, Right Outward Block. Shift into a Right Forward Bow, Left Reverse Punch. 5 . Make an adjustment step to 9 o'clock with your right foot into a Left Neutral Bow facing 3 o'clock , Left Upward Block.
