Adults: Opening Salutation

---

1. Step back to 6 o'clock with your left foot into a Right Neutral Bow facing 12 o'clock, Right Inward Block.

2. Step back to 6 o'clock with your right foot into Left Neutral Bow, Left Inward Block.

 

3. Step counter clockwise to 3 o'clock with your right foot into a Left Neutral Bow facing 9 o'clock, Left Outward Block.

4. Step back to 3 o'clock with your left foot into a Right Neutral Bow, Right Outward Block.

 

5 . Make an adjustment step to 9 o'clock with your right foot into a Left Neutral Bow facing 3 o'clock , Left Upward Block.

6. Step back to 9 o'clock with your left foot into a Right Neutral Bow, Right Upward Nlock.

 

7. Step clockwise to 12 o'clock with your left foot into a Right Neutral Bow facing 6 o'clock, Right Downward Block.

8. Step back to 12 o'clock with your right foot into a Left Neutral Bow, Left Downward Block.

 

9. Step clockwise to 9 o'clock with your left foot into a Meditative Horse stance facing 12 o'clock.

10. Slide left foot to right & circle hands overhead to close in Attention Stance
