Part A:1. Step up to 12 o'clock with your right foot into a Right Neutral Bow, Right Inward Block, Right Outward Handsword. 2. Step up to 12 o'clock with your left foot into a Left Neutral Bow, Left Inward Block, Left Outward Handsword. 3. Slide your left foot back (at a 45 degree angle) into a transition Left Cat Stance facing 10:30, place hands on your right hip (left on top of right). Step out with your left foot to 9 o'clock into a Left Neutral Bow facing, Left Outward Block & Right Reverse Punch. 4. Slide your right foot back (at a 45 degree angle) into a transition Right Cat Stance facing 1:30, place hands on your left hip (right on top of left). Step out with your right foot to 3 o'clock into a Right Neutral Bow, Right Outward Block & Left Reverse Punch. 5. Rear crossover step with your left foot to 6 o'clock into a transition Right Twist Stance, place hands on your right hip. Unwind counter clockwise into a Left Wide Kneel Stance facing 6 o'clock, Left Upward Block & Right Middle Knuckle Strike. 6. Rear crossover step with your right foot to 3 o'clock into a transition Left Twist Stance, place hands on your left hip. Unwind clockwise into a Right Wide Kneel Stance facing 12 o'clock, Right Upward Block & Left Middle Knuckle Strike. Part B:7A. Turn counter clockwise and face 6 o'clock as you slide your left foot back into a transition Left Cat Stance, Right Inward Downward Block (left hand cocks at right shoulder). Step out with your left foot to 4:30 into a Left Neutral Bow, Left Downward Block. 7B. Step thru with your right foot into a Right Neutral Bow facing 4:30, Right Palm Strike (left hand checks at waist). 8A. Turn clockwise and face 6 o'clock as you slide your right foot back into a transition Right Cat Stance, Left Inward Downward Block (right hand cocks at left shoulder). Step out with your right foot to 7:30 into a Right Neutral Bow, Right Downward Block. 8B. Step thru with your left foot into a Left Neutral Bow facing 7:30, Left Palm Strike (right hand checks at waist). 9A. Turn 180 degrees clockwise and slide your right foot back into a Right Cat Stance facing 1:30, Left Inward Parry. 9B. Step out with your right foot into a Right Neutral Bow facing 1:30, Right Outward Block. 9C. Shift into a Right Forward Bow, Left Half-Fist Punch (right hand maintains block as a check). 10A. Turn 90 degrees counter clockwise and slide your left foot up into a Left Cat Stance facing 10:30, Right Inward Parry. 10B. Step out with your left foot into a Left Neutral Bow facing 10:30, Left Outward Block. 10C. Shift into a Left Forward Bow, Right Half-Fist Punch (left hand maintains block as a check). 11. Step up to 3 o'clock with your right foot into a Meditative Horse Stance facing 12 o'clock. 12. Slide left foot to right & circle hands overhead to close in Attention Stance.
